Karri Kuoppamaki is the Vice President of Technology Development and Strategy for T-Mobile USA. In this role, Karri is responsible for Radio Access related technology development activities, including device development, as well as ensuring alignment between T-Mobile USA Network Technology and the regulatory environment, specifically in the area of radio technology and spectrum policy.

Responsible for the roadmaps for AT&T’s converged wireless and wireline access, as well as the overall roadmap for emerging technologies, Fixed Access Network Architecture, Radio Access Network Architecture and the Devices that connect to the network.

Gordon Mansfield is an accomplished, highly innovative thought leader currently responsible for AT&T’s converged access and device technology direction.

Dr. K. Halkiotis has joined Deutsche Telekom Group Technology in 2013 as Vice President in Mobile Access. His primary function wasto definethe strategy, architecture, innovation and blueprints for Mobile Access Networks in Deutsche Telekom Group.As of the beginning of 2016 he is also responsible for the architecture of the fixed networks within Deutsche Telekom Group Technology.

As Vice President of Technology Development, Sidd Chenumolu leads DISH’s wireless technology and architecture team and supervises the design and architecture of the company’s end-to-end 5G network. In his current role, he advises executives on wireless strategy, spectrum, cloud, regulatory and technology, and works to advance the company’s goal to pioneer the first cloud native, intent based automated stand-alone 5G network in the United States.

Michael Ha is the Chief of Policy and Rules Division, Office of Engineering and Technology at the Federal Communications Commission. Since joining the Commission in 2010, he has been engaged in various proceedings on spectrum allocations for wireless broadband services, mobile/fixed satellite services, public safety services and unlicensed services. Michael’s recent focus has been on Spectrum Frontiers where mmW band spectrum above 24GHz is being made available for 5G services.
